The top 3 F1 cars

32 Eurosport

The second class on Sunday was 1/32 Eurosport for individual drivers.  The main difference between these cars and the BSCRA Sports/GT class is the standard ISRA approved bodyshell.

Martin Ellis qualified unexpectedly slowly so was in  the slower heat.   Come the race we saw Martin’s true pace, he won the heat by some 28 laps from Mick Metcalfe.

The top heat was very close with Gavin Wills, Ross Grogan, Ben Woodward and Josh Bryant frequently swapping places.  They were slightly behind Martin’s pace throughout, so Martin emerged the winner by two laps from Gavin followed by Ross, Ben and Josh.

Ross Grogan won the first final by 4 laps from Ben Woodward. The second heat had the 6 fastest qualifying drivers, Josh Bryant won by 10 laps from Martin Ellis followed by Gavin Wills and Graham Woodward.  Ross was 5th overall
